Disallowed although not marked as such, the reverse applied with pair 4c and 10c definitives (SG 492, 497) as dues, cancelled 'CAUSEWAY 20 MAR'. Endorsed '3', and presumably the 18c was a pool charge for three underpaid postal items. |
