Lower marginal vertical strip of three and partial fourth at top, showing upwards shift of perforations and dramatic upwards shift of the black printing, this from the following sheet with the black horizontal marginal bar now running through the third stamp. The strip apparently previously would have had the black printing omitted had this upwards shift not taken place. Creased through vertically. A very dramartic error, RARE. SG 214 var. |
