| 1945 (26th June) cover addressed to South Africa, bearing a Large Falls 2d green and chocolate (SG 35a) tied by a superb DADAYA (26 Jun) double circle datestamp. Neatly repaired tears on the reverse and some discolouration at left. This date is eight weeks after the office opened on 1st May 1945. Very scarce and attractive. |
