1907 (14th August), incoming colour picture postcard (‘Queen’s Promenade Douglas’, Isle of Man) bearing a single KEVII ½d tied by a Douglas / Isle of Man (14 Aug) datestamp. The card was underpaid and received a hexagonal ‘T’ tax marking and a circular ‘1d’ denoting the amount payable (double deficiency). A Transvaal 1d postage due (SG D2) was affixed on arrival and cancelled with a Johannesburg / 22 (5 Sep) double circle datestamp.
