1907 (26? December), incoming colour picture postcard (‘Newton St., Blairgowrie’, Scotland) bearing a single KEVII ½d tied by a Blairgowrie (Dec) datestamp. The card was underpaid and received a circular ‘1d’ denoting the amount payable (double deficiency). A Transvaal 1d postage due (SG D2) was affixed on arrival and cancelled with a Johannesburg (16 Jan) triple circle datestamp.
