With a black on red-orange ‘Opened under Martial Law.’ censor label endorsed ‘H.B. 20/8/01’, affixed partly over the adhesive as well as a ‘P’ in circle handstruck in violet at Paarl. Scheveningen (10 Sep) arrival backstamp. |
