| Postal History / Postage Dues 1945 (18th January), unfranked cover sent unsealed from Southern Rhodesia, addressed to ‘P.O. N’KANA’ with originating Bulawayo (18 Jan) double circle datestamp. The cover was taxed and bears a large ‘T2d’ in blue manuscript. A marginal postage due 2d grey-black (SG D2) was affixed and tied by a KITWE (22 Jan) double circle datestamp with an additional strike on the reverse. A fine example of an incoming taxed cover. |
