Endorsed in red 'T 6' and then applied with three 2c PRINTED ON GUMMED SIDE decimal dues (SG D19a), cancelled 'BELLEVUE 14 JUN 1977'. Philatelic although still a most unusual and very scarce useage of these. P.F.S.A. certificate (1981). |
