Revenue 1937 (12th March), Deed of Transfer document (215x343mm, folded for display). Bearing a horizontal strip of four KGV £1 deep green and slate-black ‘cattle and baobab’ revenue stamps, paying the duty on a transaction for £750. All tied by DEEDS REGISTRY OFFICE (12 Mar 1937) oval datestamps. With older inserted ‘diagram’ dated 1918 with hand drawn map of the land being transferred (some splitting and edge damage), bearing a Union of South Africa KGV £1 green and red revenue stamp tied by a Surveyor General / Cape Town (13 SP 18) oval datestamp.
