| 1884 Enschede imperforate colour trial of the ‘Vurtheim’ 1d duty, printed in bright brown-ochre on ungummed wove paper. A COMPLETE INTACT PANE OF 60 (10x6) with large margins on all sides. Very rare, being one of three complete panes in an unissued colour we are aware of. A set of complete panes in the issued colours was offered in the Roelf Boekema sale in 1981, which is believed to have been subsequently split into smaller multiples. Spectacular and undoubtedly unique.
