| c1872 Great Britain QV Unappropriated Dies £1 pale reddish lilac with watermark Orbs (as used for Bechuanaland). IMPERFORATE BLOCK OF SIX (3x2), with each stamp handstamped ‘SPECIMEN’ (similar to Samuel type GB9) and affixed to thick card. Ex De La Rue archives. A scarce and attractive multiple.
