| REVENUE 1881 embossed in plain relief on dull pink wove paper. ‘TRANSVAAL’ in an arc at top around a crown with central ‘ONE / PENNY’ below. Block of six (3x2) with the upper strip being a mirror image of the stamps below due to the block having been folded horizontally before embossing. The upper strip reads correctly from the reverse. Hinge remnants, otherwise very fine uncancelled. A rare multiple. TSC Issue 3 / Barefoot 29
