1879 Queen Victoria ‘Bourne Head’ design 6d black-brown surcharged ‘1 Penny’ (Type 12) in black. Very fine fresh mint with light hinge remnant. Jørgensen certificate (2019) states “the stamp is genuine without repair” and that it is position 30 in the sheet. Ex the David Underwood collection. SG 142
