| 1880 Bradbury Wilkinson QV ‘Bourne Head’ design. IMPERFORATE PROOF of the ½d postage duty, printed in black on thin card, in turn affixed to thick backing card. The upper left value tablet shows a partially doubled fraction bar and with guide lines at foot possibly indicating position [56] or [58] of the sheet. An exceptionally rare proof.
