Addressed locally in Cape Town, bearing a single Transvaal KEVII ½d deep green (SG 273a) tied by a CAPE TOWN (23 Oct) datestamp (post-interprovincial use). Although the flap is now stuck down, the envelope was presumably sent at the ½d open-letter rate. |
